30-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.

Please contact us before returning any item. Approved returns will be provided with return instructions and the applicable U.S. return address.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong product, or no longer need the item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution. If a return is required because of our error or a confirmed product issue, we will provide return instructions and cover the applicable return shipping cost.
